We are a community led response group supporting communities in the areas of Ardwick, Longsight and West Gorton with emergency food during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Our group is a combination of local residents, Volunteers, Councillors, Health and Community services, Charities, Food banks, Business owners and many more various organisations and members.
Our support involves everything from responding on the helpline; packing diverse foods; bulk shopping; donating, distributing leaflets; making Eid cards; applying for funding; through to cooking and delivering hot meals and food parcels safely and with care to those in need.
This support goes way beyond this and we are forever growing and evolving week by week and always adapting and developing new ways of how we respond to the different needs that come through.
Together we are committed to ensuring our community is supported in the best and most thoughtful way possible.
